30-Day Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
• Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return
• Electronics must be returned within 15 days

How to Return

1. Email support@testmyretail.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
